What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, with self check-in via smart lock. Check-out by 12:00 PM.
How many guests does the house accommodate?+
The booking is based on 8 guests, with a maximum capacity of 12, across 4 suites.
Are pets allowed?+
Yes, pets are welcome.
Is there parking?+
Yes, free parking on site.
Is the pool private?+
Yes, the entire house, including the pool and the hot tub, is for guests' exclusive use.
Are parties or events allowed?+
No, unless formally authorized and arranged in advance (with its own budget, terms and deposit). Occasional visitors must be reported and authorized ahead of time. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
How does the cancellation policy work?+
It varies by season: for standard periods, cancelling 30 or more days ahead gets a full refund, between 15 and 29 days gets 50%, and under 15 days gets no refund. Christmas and New Year's/Carnival have longer windows. See the full policy on the Cancellation page.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Credit card (Stripe), PIX, bank transfer, and PayPal (international guests). Payment on arrival is not available: 50% at booking and the balance before check-in.
How does the security deposit work?+
A refundable deposit of R$ 3,000 is charged, returned after the check-out inspection provided there is no damage to the property.
Is smoking allowed?+
Not in the indoor areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen). Allowed only in open outdoor areas, with proper waste disposal.
When do I receive the full address?+
The exact address is sent only after the booking is confirmed, for security and privacy reasons.
