Payment
Low, mid and high season
- 50% of the total amount at time of booking
- Remaining 50% due 30 days before check-in
- Bookings made less than 30 days in advance: full payment required
Christmas
- 50% at time of booking
- Remaining 50% due 45 days before check-in
- Bookings made less than 45 days in advance: full payment required
New Year's & Carnival
- 50% at time of booking
- Remaining 50% due 60 days before check-in
- Bookings made less than 60 days in advance: full payment required. 7-night minimum stay.

- Credit card (Stripe)
- PIX (manual confirmation)
- Bank transfer
- PayPal (international guests)
- Payment on arrival: Payment on arrival is not available.
The booking is only considered confirmed once the first payment is identified.
House rules
- Check-in: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Check-out: by 12:00 PM
- Security deposit: R$ 3,000 (refundable)
Parties, events & visitors
Parties, events, gatherings, ceremonies, commercial shoots or meetings with people outside the reservation are not allowed without the owner's prior, express authorization. The number of guests may not exceed the property's registered maximum capacity (12 people).
Only people included in the reservation may stay or sleep at the house. Occasional visits must be reported and authorized in advance.
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with no loud sound, live music, outdoor speakers, or behavior that disturbs neighbors.
Non-compliance may result in the stay being terminated, with no refund.
Smoking policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the house (bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen, hallways, or any air-conditioned space), including e-cigarettes, cigars and hookahs. Allowed only in open, ventilated outdoor areas, with proper disposal of waste.
Cigarette smell, stains or burns found on inspection may result in a charge for documented cleaning and repair costs.
These terms are the baseline approved by the owner. Legal review is recommended before final publication.
